Sizing
It is highly important to properly measure your dog to be able to choose the right size.
To start, you need to have a "tape measure" or a "piece of string" and a ruler. We advise not to measure from an existing collar! It will most likely give you an off-measurement.
Regular collar: Wrap the tape or the string around the middle of your dog's neck where the collar normally sits. Make sure it is not too tight or too loose.
If you are using a string, after marking the length, lay it on a flat surface and measure the length with a ruler.

This is a generic list to give you some direction. Some specimens may not be in the right segment depending on their sex, condition, age or genetics. Be sure to measure your dog's neck to avoid picking the wrong size.
Slip collars: With this type of collars, you need two measurements.
One - that is the circumference of your dog's skull right in front of the ears and around the jaws. This measurement is important so the slip collars can pass over the head.
Two- that is the circumference around the middle of your dog's neck.
