Atlas is a handcrafted collar made from top grain leather. This is a classic collar that your dog can use many years. This collar has a beautiful, rich, dense and luxurious feel to it. Our cowhide leather is vegetable tanned through an organic process. The entire collar is meticulously hand stitched. The metal items we use are are solid brass. We use a roller buckle. The collar also features a brass burr.

The collar has 5 holes which you can adjust based on your dog's neck size. The measurements listed indicate the length of the collar at the smallest and largest holes. This is a regular collar, so having slack is not recommended. Please measure the neck of your dog with a tape measure and ensure to choose the option that fits your dog. Based on your needs, we can always further customize based on your needs.
Measuring your dogs neck:
Use a tape measure or a piece of string to measure your dog's neck. You can wrap it around your dog's neck at the place where the collar normally sits making sure it is not too tight or too loose.
Leather and handcrafting:
Leather is a natural product. As it wears out a special patina builds on the material. Also, leather is not even all the way around. Especially, the vegetable tanned leather might display streaks and blemishes. People prefer leather because of its durability and it's natural features as mentioned. We make these collars by hand using our hand tools. Unlike machine made products, there can be slight variances in stitching, holes, edge details etc making each item unique on its own.
Note: We do not hold stock; only make your product once you order it with us. Usually, made within 3 days. However, during busy times and based on product characteristics, it may take us up to 8 days to make it and then ship the item to your address.
